Finding great stocks to invest in is challenging. Managing a full portfolio in a way that meets one’s time frame, risk tolerance, and personal style is even harder. Many of us are trying to maintain multiple investment accounts at different financial institutions, and struggling to get a holistic view of our portfolio and overall performance. Combine this with the complexity of determining how your investments should look and what one should do to get there, and the true depth and breadth of personal investment management begins to take shape. This insight was the impetus for a two-year project to solve this problem for our highest-paying customers.
As lead designer on the project, I was responsible for conducting interviews, usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, and front-end development.
